Rittenhouse : it seems like when you have the intercom in the talk position it is not working. When in the listen position we can hear the voice but not that well. This building was built in 1957 and it's a six unit apt building. We've never had any problem w/the intercoms until now w/this one unit. Any suggestions?

Dynamote : We have one of your inverters on a service truck. It has not worked correctly since we owned the truck. The inverter puts out 90V +-. I suspect that the alternator was changed before we owned the truck, but not for sure. The inverter is Model: A30-70D Options: /E12 Ser. #: 931334 We are trying to determine if the low voltage is because of a mis-matched alternator or if the inverter is toast. Could you provide us with alternator output values and electronic specs required for this particular inverter? Any pertainent information would be appreciated. If the inverter is at fault we will need a quote for the repair vs. buying new or refurbished. Any info to that end would also be appreciated. Thanks.
